Q: How does this system work?
A: It's very simple. Our system is comprised of a 2x8 matrix system. When you join you can upgrade to all levels starting at Level 1. All payments are made member to member. All commissions are 100% for that product level. You may receive spillover from your sponsor(s) above.
Q: What is a member to member payment system?
A: A member to member payment system is when you make a sale, the customer will pay you directly to your payment processor of your choice. Basically you will receive 100% commission.
Q: Can I skip level 1 and order a level 2 or 3?
A: No. You cannot skip levels. The low cost system is giving you great things, which makes it easy to build your future. That is what the system is doing. It is allowing you to build an investment with no risk and a fantastic return.
Q: What Payment Processors can I use?
A: You can use any of the following: USDT and USDC to make or accept payments. Please make sure to select the correct network (eg. TRC20, ERC20, BEP20) to prevent any payment loss.
Q: Can I Refer More Than 2 members?
A: Yes! You could invite any number of new members and they will be placed in your matrix.
Q: Do you give refunds?
A: Your membership is non-refundable, and all payments are final. We are unable to refund money that has already been paid to our members (or your uplines). Please note that we do not handle these funds directly; they are paid directly to our members.
Q: I received an email stating that I have received money. However, when I checked my Exchange Wallet account, there were no new transactions. What should I do?
A: First, check all your Exchange Wallet accounts, as mistakes can happen. For example, someone might have sent you money via USDT but mistakenly selected "USDC" on our site. Additionally, some members might send a fake transaction ID without making a payment. In such cases, you should decline the order in your member area.
Q: I submitted my payment, but it hasn't been confirmed yet. What should I do?
A: Please allow 24 hours for your sponsor or upline to approve the payment. If several days pass without confirmation, contact the admin immediately. We also have an auto-approve system in place if the admin is unreachable. This system will automatically approve your transaction 5 days after you submit your transaction ID. However, we are usually available, so this shouldn't be an issue.
Q: Do we need to pay taxes on the money we receive?
A: Please consult your tax professional regarding the laws in your area.
Q: Is my personal information secure with your platform?
A: Any personal information you provide to our platform is protected by our privacy policies. Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone.
